Taylor St Baristas has been around for years and now has six branches. Lucky for me, there’s one just opposite my offices and a tiny output by St. Paul’s station ideal for take-aways. The beans come from well-regarded London roaster, Union Handroasted. It’s a popular spot for City workers on their weekday lunch breaks and the oh-so-important afternoon pick-me-up and the Chancery Lane outpost stays opening in the evening for drinks and small bites.
