Nargile Express: Conveniently located near to offices if you’re working here, this Lebanese mecca has one of the best DIY mezze salad bars I’ve ever tried. With a daily-changing line-up of dishes, highlights include a vibrantly green, lemony tabbouleh, an incredibly creamy hummus, a pomegranate-studded babaghanoush, freshly made falafel, Greek salad (of course) and tahini-marinated roasted cauliflower. Available to eat-in or take-away, you’re spoilt for choice. Also on site is a flatbread oven churning freshly baked naans by the hour. Perfect for lunch and incredibly good value.
Hippy Bowl and Holy Greens: Both of these are popular salad bars, as could be judged from the number of deliveroo orders that seem to come through every lunchtime. LA-inspired, both beat their equivalents in London with inventive flavour combinations (the beetroot hummus at both spots is a must-try) and punchy salad dressings (including a strawberry-mustard combination which is surprisingly good!).
